The Danish designer ornament is a replica of the mid 20th century Hans Bølling duckling. The duckling is a decorative reminder of valuing the nature and the small but beautiful things in life. The duckling is inspired by a kind police officer who stopped the traffic on a busy street in Copenhagen to help a duck and her ducklings cross the street on a spring day in 1959.
